Rename only a copy

Hi Denis,

first of all thanks for this great program.
I installed it today and use it to download my photos from a SD card using the EXIF date as target folder name.
And there comes my suggestion for improvement:
I would like to have the files only be copied to the target folder (not moved). An additional flag/button "rename copy" would be helpful.

I know ReNamer is not a copy tool but I'm sure there are other cases where this functionality could be useful.

This functionality can become useful, but I have already said many times "no" to this idea.

Even tho it sounds simple, there are huge problems/issues associated with this idea, for example: copying files will require rewriting entire application into multi-threaded. You may find more reasons if you search forums well enough.

For now, you'll just have to create a copy manually, and then rename the copy.
