Features Request for the "Presets Manager"

Regarding the Presets Manager:

1. After a preset is double left clicked to select/load it's rules then close the modal window

2. Main window toolbar region: add a droplist of previously created Presets; when a Preset has been selected from the droplist its associated rules are automatically loaded and ready to be executed via the 'Rename' button that already exists in the main window toolbar
