I need to start a task when an ip Reply ping
that is, instead of "ping stops" it is "ping start".I want to ping an ip every 1 min and then when it is available start my tasks
Is it currently possible to achieve it? Or is there still nothing in the application that allows it?

It is not possible currently, but this option will be added soon.

This feature was implemented in Shutter 4.4.0.5 Beta.
Please try the latest development version.
