You can't change ID3 v1 & 2 TAG, you can only use its properties to construct new names for files. ReNamer is not meant to do that task. There are very sophisticated tools for doing that that exist already, like Mp3tag, which you can get from here: http://www.mp3tag.de/en/. It's freeware as well
