How to randomize words like generating letters?

Need some help here that I want to rename some files with certain description like this: picture+hello,world,college,campus,memory sequencing randomly and one file may have two description.
I have no coding exp.

You want to rename your files by adding randomly one (or sometimes two) of this words / word combinations?

From where would this words come from? From an Textfile.txt in ReNamer folder, one word by line?

Were would you want to add that words into the filename? At Begin, End or in the Middle, or even that randomly too?

Why would one want to do this????
