Hy!
It would be nice an option like in Adobe Acrobat's bookmark rename, a possibility do not capitalize some short words like conjunctions or articles, without listing them.

Hello!
There is no build in option yet that will take care of those common words.
At the moment, you can use the "Force case for fragments" option within the Case rule.
You configure it once with the most common words, save it as a preset, and then append this preset to your current rules whenever you need to reuse it. The appending part can be done via the Preset Manager.

By the way...
There is a pending ticket to split away the "Force case for fragments" option into a separate rule which would allow loading lists of common terms.
The list of conjunctions and articles would probably fit very well into this new rule.
Also, if you are going to use the "append a preset" workaround, the next development version (v7.1.0.6 Beta) will allow you to quickly append a preset by holding down the SHIFT key when loading it via the Presets » Load menu option.
