Internet Connection Control

I need to register and memorize if  and when my PC is disconnected from Internet, by failure of my INTERNET PROVIDER ( bad line)

Can SHUTTER help me ???

Shutter's goal is to monitor for a certain sequence of events and then execute a sequence of actions.

What you need is a bit different - a tool that can continuously monitor and record the quality of your connection, such as PingPlotter or one of alternatives.
