Is possible to add an action "screenshot" (screen capture)?

Good idea, it's added to the list of features for future.

What kind of options (configuration) would be useful for this action? For example: path where to save, timestamp all files, format, etc?

I think options can be

Path
format (jpg,png)
Filename
Choose from Timestamp on filename or sequential number

last option (but you can add it on the future) is a very small text over the image
where you write the events that generated the action.

Not in v3.8, but it is being worked on. It will be available in the latest development version soon.
