Dear Den,
thank you so much for your excellent work!
The very useful "Delete" rule menu allows you to specify a "Delimiter" from which beginning the deletion.
Unfortunately it happens quite often that the "Delimiter" is present more than once in the filename.
So it would be useful to have control on this situation, such as:
- first
- last
- delimiter occurrence number
Many thanks in advance!
Enrico.

Hi Enrico,
It sounds like an interesting feature. I am a bit worried about overcrowding the rule configuration, but I will still consider it for future implementation.
In the meantime, you can use Rearrange or RegEx rule.

Hi Dan!
Many thanks for replying and taking into consideration the proposal. In its simplest implementation, a "delimiter occurrence number" would fit.
Of course I am using RegEx, but I must understand how to use the Rearrange function...
All the best,
Enrico.

Documentation and examples for Rearrange rule are available on the Wiki:

Thank you so much, Den!
I went immediately to the site and studied it: the Rearrange function is very powerful; a handy subset of RegExp!
It is my humble opinion that the "Add rule" window should include a "?" icon for every available rule, which points directly to the relative Wiki/ReNamer/Rules section, for both help and examples.
Thanks again and best regards!
Enrico.
