New Event Idea: Sound Output

Is it possible to have a sound output event? So if you're playing music, or on a youtube page, or watching a video, the action won't be triggered.

Interesting idea. It could be used for monitoring both input line (microphones) and output line (speakers).

I will consider this for future.
