Blind accessibility for meta tags and table columns

Hi!! This is a blind user of renamer. The renamer program is one of the most accessible renaming programs I saw, however there are a few problems accessing the program. There are certain options that are not eassily accessed by the keyboard. I use NVDA Program so whatever text is labeled or whichever regular button on the screen would be read out for me. However there are certain texts, as for example, columns of data to short files, accessing the metatags via mouse, that have no way to access via keyboard and only by pressing the mouse twice on this text. Is there any way of accessing this part of program to get fully control of it? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your help. Cheers.

Although it'll help visually impaired users for sure, I too am a huge fan of keyboard shortcuts and feel all important functionality should be accessible by multiple input methods, not just restricted to the mouse. I have come across many old people who are not able to double-click correctly or otherwise use the mouse properly. I have also seen some of my visually impaired friends struggling with programs that force them to use the mouse, whereas they would normally prefer to use keyboard accelerators/shortcuts or Tab around and wait for JAWS to read what's been selected.

There is actually a shortcut key for the meta-tags dialog: Ctrl+Ins. It was added to help visually impaired users.

In regards to the "columns of data to short files", did you mean "sort", i.e. the columns to sort the files?

Thanks all. I am not sure if I did right, I press ctrl and holding it down I pressed insert, nothing happened. Do I need to press insert from the numpad or is it the same¿ About the ordering of files I mean the columns that shold say order by date, by name alphabetically, or any other that shows on the screen. Thanks and if you could tell me about the insert key¿ Cheers

You need to place cursor in the edit field (labeled "Insert" and "Replace"), then Ctrl+Ins will be available.

There is no way to access sorting of columns with the keyboard yet.
