I have learned from the web that:
- Each THM file shares the same filename as its associated video clip.
- The THM and AVI file must have exactly the same name, and any file operation (copy, move, delete) must be done to both in order to maintain the link.
My question: will I break the link between avi and thm files when I rename the avi and thm according to Date Modified by using Renamer.
Please kindly comment.

The short answer is yes. But there isn't a real "easy" way to solve it, but you can find a possible workarround here:

Thanks, SafetyCar.
I have seen this post which is quite useful.
But I still have a question:
I can easily rename both .avi and .thm files at the same time to the same name as they share the same Date modified.
For example, MVI_2872.avi and MVI_2872.avi to 20080914_142030.avi and 20080914_142030.thm
As far as I know, I need both avi and thm files with the SAME name to watch video on the Canon camera.
My worry is that will the canon camera be able to read the video when I copy them (renamed files) back to the camera's SD card. I am not sure whether they (avi and thm files) are still "linked" together after renaming.
Any opinion?
