Renamer: Allow renamer to edit ID3 tags as it does filenames

My brother and I were trying to rename a large number of songs with poor tags, and I thought; goddamn, why can't we have a renamer for ID3 tags.  Perhaps switch from ID3v1 mode to ID3v2 mode to folder mode to file mode in a little menu.

I believe I have already answered this question/suggestion in another topic: How I can change ID3 v1 & 2 TAG mp3 files.

You can use program called Mp3tag, which you can get from here: http://www.mp3tag.de/en/
