Make a function so that events start by emulating a keyboard press or so that keystrokes start on a specific event, sorry for my English

Try these steps:
Create a preset with your events and actions.
Go to Options » Create Links to Presets.
Right-click on one of the created shortcut files.
Go to Properties » Shortcut key in the context menu.
Specify your shortcut key.
