RandPass 1.3

This is a small maintenance release for RandPass.

It marks the last version before the migration process to a new development environment (Lazarus), just like recently migrated ReNamer and Colors applications. Loads of great features will follow after the migration is complete: an installer package, easy translation of the user interface using PO files, and many more. Stay tuned!

Full list of changes in RandPass 1.3:

* Compact version numbering for major releases, e.g.: v1.0 instead of v1.0.0.0;
* Removed donation link (donations are discontinued in favor of "Pro" version);
* Added confirmation dialog before unregistering the product;
* License expiration is checked against UTC date instead of local;
