Improvements, additions, fixes, ... tools are getting better and better!

CPUMon 1.21:
* improved lunching algorithm, Main Form gets loaded much faster;
* small graphical changes;
* Tray Icon mode available now, with updating CPU Usage Icon;
* Statistics added, with Usage and Time variables;
* instant termination of the program;
* improved interval calculation, and limits checked: 0-2000 ms;
* CPU Speed & Usage burst on program lunch is skipped now;
* fixed lower and upper bounds of CPU Usage, corrected -0.14% and 100.3%;

ReNamer 1.50
* added couple of useful Hotkeys to manage Files list;
* improved marking procedures;
* added support for drugged Folders;
* improved & fixed column auto-resizing procedure;
* fixed bag with incorrect positioning of NewFileName Editor;
* mouse right click on Path column header - minimizes it;
* added advanced custom "Browse for Folder" dialog, which remembers last used Folder, and has option to include or not to include subfolders;
