Wrong sorting by name compared to Windows Explorer
hi
In Windows Explorer i think the sorting goes so:
MAH05681.jpg
MAH05681-1.jpg
MAH05681-2.jpg
But with ReNamer it will never been sorted in the left pane by name in that order o_O
Am i right?

You can achieve this sorting order by disabling the "Use natural order sorting algorithm" option in the Settings.
Alternatively, you can transfer the files from Windows Explorer and preserve the original order.

Familiarity is a subjective thing.
Additionally, the sorting algorithm used in Windows Explorer is not consistent between versions.
