Site updates

Few modifications to the site have been made. A new "Downloads" section has been added, in order to display all downloadable files for any particular project. This is especially the case for ReNamer, because recently its interface has been translated into Russian language (Thanks to Starko) and these files are available in the newly added section. Also, quotes were taking an unnecessary space, so they were integrated into the news page. Plus other little tweaks.
