Japanese version of ReNamer 5.70

After inspecting the list of external site referrals I accidentally bumped into this site tiltstr.seesaa.net which provides a Japanese patch for pretty much any version of ReNamer, including all the betas.

Here are the fully patched version and a standalone patch:
